Only that boy is soon King of Jerusalem and facing the combined forces of Syria and Egypt as Saladin declares jihad against the Christian kingdom.

Award-winning novelist Helena P. Schrader has a PhD in History. She has published non-fiction books on World War II and novels set in Ancient Sparta, the crusades, and World War II.
