Andrew Lang (31 March 1844 – 20 July 1912) is well-known as a collector of British folk and fairy tales, but he was a Victorian poet, novelist, academic and critic too. His poem had success, but he became famous published Andrew Lang's Fairy Books of Many Colors – series of twelve different colored collections of fairy tales books (1889-1910).
