Libra's and Brooke’s visit brings disaster. Trent lied by omission on his employment forms, not naming Brooke as a social contact or his fiancé. He dumps Brooke to save his job and jumps from the frying pan into the fire. He is transferred overseas never to be seen again. Two down, three male interns left at Havenstone HQ.
Cáel, Libra and Marla rally around devastated Brooke which leads to four way sex party to wipe Trent from Brooke's mind.
Fabiola insults Buffy and other “Runners” once too often in front of Cáel. She is then spiritually murdered by Cáel, causing some confusion, Hayden is to be consulted.
Friday Aya and Cáel return to the Full Blood Gym where after another beat down Cáel becomes the vehicle for “the ancestral rejection of a Death Pledge,” saving Oneida's life. Cáel comes up with a way to have sex with Buffy before the 84 days are up; this leads to a three way with Odette.
Nikita has a run in with Buffy and is ticked off at Cáel but finally has sex with Cáel.
Cáel starts weapons training at Havenstone much to the dismay of SD ladies. Hayden makes a spiritual ruling restoring Fabiola to life. Cáel is ordered to welcome her back to life and make amends.
Monday Day 15 of 84, the common use of the Hittite term “Lost Bloods” instead of “Runners” by “Full Bloods” is discussed by Cáel, Buffy and Elsa in the Full Blood gym. To avoid a brawl, this discussion is referred to the Council by Tessa.
Elsa, armed with spear and shield, spars against Cáel, armed with paired axes, ouch!
Felix runs into Cáel and Elsa in the showers. Elsa orders Cáel to scrub her back. Felix invites him out for a drink after work, so he could “Alpha Dog” Cáel.
Volume IV starts in Katrina’s office at the end of work, on Day 15. Cáel receives a message from Aya from camp. Cáel just needs to escape Buffy’s attention to join the remaining interns for a drink.
