This book is designed for and dedicated to all those who would like to start making electronic music, but don't exactly know where or how to begin. It’s designed to give you the kick start you need in order to save the time you would otherwise be spending finding out information for yourself, possibly from many different, disparate and diverse sources. Intention here is to describe the processes involved in making music, give prime advice, and inspire, while speaking in a simple and relatively jargon free language. The author also wants to present an honest opinion without being misleading, and without trying to promote any device in particular, although referring to certain 'gear' as well as software designed for making music. A research is necessary as a supplement to reading this book, so that you may choose what's best for you, but after reading it you will know where to make your next steps.

I did my best for the book to be concise and informative, while containing more than just names and technical details, the book is designed for both, complete novices, and aspiring musicians with little experience. On book's pages there is much information – you will be able to use it to create a strong foundation upon which to start making electronic music. I hope you enjoy my book and that you become a great DJ, producer or performer.
