Relationships between couples is a subject much discussed. When talking about this, I have always instinctively enjoyed finding elements useful to understanding and explaining the reasons for potential difficulties or successes.
Over time, I have developed a clear and simple model, based on four principles.
Every time I happened to discuss loving relationships with people who had problems, I was able to get to the heart of the matter after asking just four simple - almost obvious - questions.
Yet all those I spoke to benefitted from my help and were very surprised that my conclusions were so accurate.
I realized that this simple model helped to clarify relationship dynamics.
That is why I thought it would be useful to share it with others.
Therefore, I perfected my analysis expanding the model's contents and robustness.
This gave rise first to lessons and now this book.
In the first part having described the basic concepts, I explain the principles that make up the model and the types of relationships that arise, based on how these principles are lived.
In the second part, you will find the rules of the general model: this will help you to gain a succinct understanding of relationship dynamics which allow one to live a relationship in a state of awareness.
In the final part, case studies are presented to help you understand how the model can be adapted to everyday problems.
