This is my second book in a series of meditation books. This book deals with increasing awareness within the meditation. There are simple exercises to create more focus and mindfulness. Learn to use the easy steps to help the body relax and enjoy the process. Each of my books is about different aspects of meditation and how it relates to the individual person. It is simple to read and is a guide on how to approach the process of meditation while dealing with different topics. Each book builds on the previous book. Each book contains a series of meditations for sitting, laying, standing and walking. It contains suggestions on how to incorporate different aspects like journaling and thought processes. Each meditation guides the person in a point by point process incorporating the physical body as a guide. Meditation is a journey and I have written these books as a simple guide to learn and enjoy the process.
