Mengods is the story of a group of research scientists that are in a quest to create molecular changes in the human genome in order to correct certain malfunctions that are contrived through birth defects, chemical imbalances or by human interventions.

On trying to duplicate functions of the human gene, the scientists discover means to treat certain diseases that have been plaguing mankind ever since the dawn of time. In one of these exercises, a human reproductive gene is artificially duplicated in the lab and later brought to full term that causes a dilemma to recon with. Moral and ethical questions arise causing such experiments to be made in secret in order that support money is not cut due to the moral and religious impact that such studies will cause to established religion and society as a whole.

Clash of titans occurs when the industrial military complex gets involved due to the possibility of implementing such technologies to future combat scenarios by creating a humanoid army free of restrictions and controls from politics and human society. Complications arises when leaders of the new species realize their true purpose and potential of existence and decide whether to resist and fight for their independence or allowed them selves to be manipulated by a ruthless system that only cares about monetary gains instead of world peace and harmony.
