The beginning of the book talks about how the couple had a crazy idea of getting a vintage Airstream and how they made it to fruition. The book also goes into how the couple decided to remodel the vintage Airstream at roadside places in different various towns. Not an easy task on the fly! 
 
The heart of the book contains useful information on towns that they traveled to and tips and advice for the healthy RV traveler.
