There are seven rather nasty and twisted tales. "The Red Ribbon" is nasty all the way through. "Jenny Kissed Me" is more uplifting but has its dark side. "Grandma Knows Best" has a happy ending of sorts and "Thanks Josh" is so nearly nice that it is almost inspirational. Two of the stories are a type of Western, the wild frontier allows a lot of scope for nasty actions.
This is not a collection for the squeamish or for those who find explicit sexual descriptions disgusting. Sadly, some people are twisted, many can be disgusting and most are sexual - hence the perpetuation of the human race. Each tale has its own form of satisfaction too - to assist the preservation of hope.
