Marlese loves to write and her work has been repeatedly published in Canadian Living Magazine and Chatelaine, as well as many other Canadian publications. She was the runner-up in the Toronto Star short story contest a few years back. Marlese previously published a collection of Inuit stories. She is now working on the second book in the Net of Lies series, Trouble in the City.
