Matt's daughter is his beacon of hope as he fights to keep her safe and give her a life he never had. He faces life with a tough Aussie spirit and challenges the idea that there is...No Room For Tears.

This story is based on the first thirty years of Matt Logan's life as he related it to me, Kayla Croft. It has been published as a public interest story to highlight the limitations, in his experience, of the mental health system and associated problems in the legal system in Western Australia.

Events and dialogue are to the best of Matt's recollection with some change of names, places, and general descriptions to maintain the privacy of others. Text messages and letters are verbatim, except for the name changes.
