Norman Rockwell was an American painter, he was born on February 3rd, 1894 in New York City. He used oil and canvas to paint scenes of American life. He had a long relationship with the Boy Scouts of America and made cover for their magazine “A Boy’s Life” for decades. He was well known as a magazine cover artist for others like the Saturday Evening Post. Rockwell lived until November 8th 1978.
