While it is not intended to be a teacher's guide, in addition to being an enjoyable read, there are various scenarios presented of how one successful teacher coped with the everyday aspects of the classroom (see Table of Contents of chapter headings). It can also be read as advice, inspiration, tools for mentoring, and paths to growing as a teacher.
