Office of Global Security upon receiving cabinet level status would change missions. This former “think tank” and “cultural and peace oriented” advisory panel would become a pre-emptive strike force bellicose agency to eliminate any and all terrorist organizations and sever relationships with former perceived rogue, self-enriching clandestine operatives. Accordingly bon vivant entrepreneur Richard “Raven” Dante and Draconian semi-retired CIA Colonel Ike “Sandman” Parker are engaged to handle with extreme prejudice a turncoat double agent and a former “guns for drugs revolution intermediary”, present underworld kingpin. Their assembled strike force would be augmented with venerable master mercenary Panama York, statuesque Air Force commando Venus Jordan, and zaftig Naval Officer explosives expert “Samantha Sam” Kelly. The high tech trail through Atlanta sex clubs, New York penthouses and Caribbean luxury resorts would have an internecine element wherein Dante, Parker, and suspended Chicago vice cop “Handsome Jack” Sullivan would be eradicated as well.

A fictional reprise and reconciliation to the Atlanta Child Murders and the Olympic Bomber cases are mirrored in sub plot back stories.
