STOP PRESS: Orphan Algae exposes the High Council’s pipe shattering deception.

‘Pa-ding!’
Flames lick the tops of the pipes, machinegun sounds echo and black acrid smoke billows from the burning buildings! High Council troopers come up against stiff opposition from the inhabitancy of the pipes as Revolution gushes through like a breach in a blocked sewer.
Algae from the Need Name orphanage, as tradition dictates, set off along the fibre optics to prove his adulthood, and, as we all know, will need to find an alternative way home and this can take years to accomplish. Expected back some time in the near or distant future, the subterranean pipes are shocked when Algae turns up the day after his departure, having travelled the fibre optics home again.
