The entire town is excited about the peculiar visitor who has chosen their quaint little berg as the site of his latest muse. When Sammy, a young divorcee, catches a glimpse of the visitor’s photograph, her mind goes into overdrive with possibilities. Posing as a tour guide might be one way to win a night alone with the sexy man, but Sammy has an even better plan.

Working at the bank was perfect for hearing the town gossip, though Sammy didn’t dare repeat a word of it. Bored out of her mind one day, she overheard the announcement that an artist was coming from Italy to paint some of the old buildings that had been around for centuries. Sammy didn’t think the buildings were so hot. To her, they were just old. Still, an artist was an artist and she knew she could persuade him to paint her. Maybe she would convince him to paint her in the nude. Perhaps she would be discovered as the next great beauty to grace the covers of fashion magazines across the globe.

Sammy led the artist to her home in the north part of town and ushered him into the garage. She knew that tongues would wag tomorrow if there was a strange car in her driveway the entire night. She should know. Hers was one of the tongues that wagged the most in the small town.
The artist quickly took charge of his fleeting time with the beautiful woman. “Do you have a sunroom?”
“Yes, but it is dark outside.”
“It will yield the best light nonetheless. Trust me.”
“Would you like a drink?”
“Yes, please.”
Sammy left the room and watched from the corner of her eye as the artist set up his painting ensemble. When she returned to the sunroom, the artist had spread a white blanket over the sofa.
“The white against the blackness of the night will be breathtaking, but the painting will look much better as a nude,” he said, in his deep sexy voice.
