This booklet contains a listing of many common fruits such as apples, pears, peanuts, etc. It is organized aplhabetically and the reader can easily flip to the page needed.  The name of the produce is at the top of the page and the calorie count is listed in the opposite corner.

At the top of the page is a brief noted that particular item.  For example on page 14 under Alfalfa Srpouts one finds that 1 cup of raw alfalfa sprouts contains about 10 calories.  Further down the page it notes that it contaians approximately 11 milligrams (mgs) of Calcium.

The KIWI fruit is found on page 73.  It is described as a small fruit tending to a lightly tart flavor for the fruit inside.  The skin is not usually eaten and the fruit is mostly consumed raw.  It is seen frequently decorating tart pastries.
