Ms. Waters has had various poems from her collections published in various anthologies and has now decided to have a book published of her poems. She was educated here in Washington, D.C. from elementary school all the way through college. She has one son Robert. She likes writing poetry, reading, movies and music. She says her inspirations come to her like lightning in a bottle.
