There have been many times Ive been overlooked.
There have even been times that I have been picked up and thrown back down.
I was mistaken for being just another stone.

I am still in my original state, the same state Ive been in since I pushed my way up through many layers of earth.
There is more to me than what someone might expect in a diamond because I have not been cut and polished yet
