Today’s world is full of Debbie Downers, Sour Sallies, and Negative Neds. Everywhere you look, you can probably find an example of how bad something is or how someone was hurt by someone else. Because we are bombarded with negativity, it is no surprise that we tend to get lost in a sea of negative thinking. This negative thinking can be very destructive if left unchecked.
