THERE IS ONE MAJOR DIFFERENCE between Christian living books by Andrews and those by others. Generally speaking, his books are filled with Scripture and offer its readers what the Bible authors meant by what they penned. In this publication, it is really God’s Word offering the counsel, which is “profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness.” (2 Tim. 3:16-17) From the moment that Adam and Eve were expelled from the Garden of Eden, humans have been brought forth in sin, having become more and more mentally bent toward evil, having developed a heart (i.e., inner person) that is treacherous, and unknowable to them, with sin's law dwelling within them. Sadly, many of us within the church have not been fully informed as to the extent of our fallen condition and what has been done about it, as well as what role God has allowed us the privilege of playing in taking off our old person and putting on the new person. This publication will go to great lengths in answering these issues for its readers and will do so by depending soundly on the Word of God along the way.
