Eric Michael Reed is a hero, some would say, but others would strongly disagree with that opinion, if it wasn’t for the fact that he maybe the last human alive, we would all agree with the first easement. Eric, a blue collar worker, endeavors to leave the Earth before it’s too late, a plan that he so carefully laid out, ends up being toppled by a phone call one night from Tom, an old friend accused of murdering two other fellow scientists. Eric unwillingly becomes the caretaker of a briefcase of unknown contents that drives him to hide from the law. Which by coincidence all happens on the same night Eric meets Violet, an alluring service android. As things start to heat up between them, Eric has now a new dilemma, androids are forbidden from space travel; but leaving her behind is unacceptable.
