The one thing we all desire in life is to love and be loved. We desire to have a special connection with another person. The kind of connection only that special person can share with us. But where and how do we find that special connection? The answer to this question is one I have noticed many people seem to be struggling to find. What made me decide to write this book was that fact that I saw so many people struggling to find and have the type of loving relationship that, it seemed, many of us could only dream about. I thought long and hard about the subject of love and relationships, what we learn or don't learn, and I realized that it was time to change how we look at and approach love and relationships. I looked at my own life and relationships, and the life and relationships of people around me, and decided to take what I learned and found useful, and share it. I realized while researching for this book that there are so many things that we are taught throughout our lives, but there is never really any formal teaching on how to love ourselves and othersor how to find that meaningful connection that we all desire to have.
