*NOTE* This is a rewritten version of a short story included in the Naughty Literati anthologies. It's been revised and expanded for this publication. It's a prequel to Judith's Challenge, but the story is complete on its own.
Dani Scott is ready for a change. Her husband has died, her children are off to college, she's bored with her job, and she's decided to sell a house that is too big for her needs. When she's offered a completely different opportunity, she's ready to jump at the chance, especially since it will mean working alongside an old flame, helping to renovate and run a large house in the Blue Ridge mountains near Asheville. Sparks still ignite between Dani and Brad, but the problem that drove them apart years before remains as well. She needs heavier stimulation than he can give her. But Brad has thought about the issue, and this job might just provide a solution to that problem also.
