Summer 1958 and Long John Silver (Harry) and the Pirates were on tour when a theatre's ASM was killed, as was a member of the audience. Along the way the group's van is vandalised, Harry's girlfriend's clothes are shredded and there is an attempt on Harry's life.
The group who open for LJS also become involved but the local DCI doesn't like young people or rock'n'roll. Fortunately, with help from the group and Julia, the culprit is found.
