The leader of a drug cartel decides that it would be more profitable to hijack ships at sea; He modifies an old WWII landing ship and puts a submarine inside, that he can unload while at sea. With a super high powered radio, he blocks all transmission within a ten mile radius. He hijacks several freighters and unloads their cargo on to his ship.
Accidentally a sailing couple cruise into a hijacking. They are boarded, the wife raped, the husband almost killed, and both are put in a tiny dinghy. while the pirates sail away in their sailboat. They have no water, or food and hundreds of miles from land. Using his Viet Nam survival skills, Brad, the husband keeps them alive. Almost dead, they are rescued by another sailboat. Determined to bring the criminals to justice, Brad infiltrates the group and tries to defeat the group and their leader El Diablo, the devil.
Between being discovered and among deadly killers, Brad walks a tight rope of excitement.
