A rollicking Fantasy adventure, with a warrior princess, a rogue knight, and a giant barbarian going against sorcery, dragons, and whole armies.

Princess Alicia is fated for doom and despair. What that terrible fate is, she doesn't know. Her own Ladies-in-Waiting want to kill her, a rival king wants to kidnap her to use against her own people in a war, and political rivals want to torture and kill her. Soon her only "friends" are a rogue knight from another rival kingdom and a big barbarian warrior. But Alicia is warrior-born and warrior-bred, and will not go down without a fight, and then some.

Join the adventure as Alicia, Eric, and Karl go after the legendary Scroll of the Prophet, which will either save her and her kingdom, or destroy them all.

Story Excerpt:
Then the sound of books and scrolls being tossed aside by Alicia's frantic search caught their attention, and that enraged the dragon. Despite their screams and bellows the dragon charged toward the Princess.

"Raven! The dragon!"

They raced after the dragon. Alicia was transfixed by the charging dragon. There was no way for him to reach her in time. The dragon was too fast.

"Raven! Duck!"

Sucking up all his strength, Eric called up fire in all its fury and majesty. He willed it at the dragon. A massive wall of flames streaked toward the dragon, gaining its full attention.

The flames hit the beast. It screamed and thrashed, then roared in rage and pain. When the flames dissipated Eric saw the damage was minimal, but painful. The dragon's right eye was burnt out and it pawed at it a long moment.

Eric kicked a silver goblet across the chamber, making the dragon think someone was still looting the treasure he was magically bound to safeguard. The dragon raced past him with barely a glance.

Cursing furiously, they ran across the chamber to Alicia's side. They hid behind a pile of moldy tapestries.

"So, mein friends, do we charge to our deaths as befitting heroes, or run like dogs?" Karl said.

Eric thought for a moment, then, "We run."

"No!" Alicia cried, clutching at him.

"Where?" Karl said, waving his sword about. "In case you failed to notice, mein scrawny friend, we're trapped in here with that overgrown lizard blocking our escape."

"Yes, but what will happen if we stop fighting the dragon?" Eric said.

"It will eat us!" Karl said, looking at him as if he was crazy.

Alicia nodded her agreement.

"There is another way," Eric said.
