She is the author of "See How Yoga Feels" (the book) and writes a regular column for Yoga & Health magazine in the UK.

This eBook contains 20 visualisations, each with a description about how and when the visualisation can be used and instructions on how to use it. Any watch-outs are looked at as well as the benefits of each one. It assumes a basic knowledge of the postures and is best used alongside other books and classes.
