Sensual art has always remained a debated issue. When I first started out in Photography after my high school, I was hesitant to capture such images. The cultural norms and hesitant community I grew up at was shy to sensual arts. It took me years to be normal to such art forms and I have now realized that history holds answers to each and every carving that has been carved.
They are pure art. I believe there’s nothing to be hesitant about. The wood carvers put in their sweat and thoughts to carve them and the ancient people took it further by putting them up in the temples. The carvings are visited by hundreds of thousands of tourists and art lovers every year. They are rare, they are precious.
