Where is Wedding Coordinator Belle Saint James?
When Marcel (Mark) Smith, private investigator, ex-police officer, Vietnam veteran arrives at the airport a few minutes late to pick up her up, there was only her suitcase travelling forlornly around and around on the turnstile.
