Hey there, my name is Justin A. Dortch. For the next thirty days I am going to be your morning devotional pastor. I am not asking you to send me your offerings, tithes, or first Sunday pastoral love token. However, I'm asking you to remain faithful in spending the next thirty days reading this life-changing devotional. This devotional is geared to challenge you, provoke you, bring you laughter, but most of all, draw you closer to Jesus. I don't want to be too presumptuous and believe everyone knows him, so allow me to introduce you. Jesus the Christ, is the son of God that was sent from Heaven to Earth to die for our sins. Through his crucified death, we are granted salvation which is our ticket to everlasting life (heaven). Salvation is as simple as ABC:
Admit you are a sinner in need of the Savior, Jesus the Christ.
Believe that Jesus died to pay the penalty for your sins.
Confess Jesus as Lord and Savior of your life.
If you complete or have completed the steps above, you are officially saved and a member of this thirty day church.
