The close study of the Gospels is an indelible conviction that the well-nigh incredible has happened-that the Creator has visited the world in human form. It is not that everything becomes immediately plain and there are no more mysteries. But it is true that we now have enough light by which to live we see something at least of life’s point and purpose and we know where we are going.
