Being a grown man is quite difficult, even more so in the world of these three stories. In the first story, “A Heist: Rembrandts and Atonements,” Damon, Yuri, and Rick need money and plan an unusual heist on an art museum as Rick questions his own religious faith. In second story, “He Who Sought Death,” Oliver Swift takes a group of people at a bank hostage. He confesses his view of life being tiresome and gladly walks the border of Hell, he seeks one peculiar item that many humans try to avoid as long as possible. Then the final story, “Of Sin and Memories,” a rather uncanny visitor knocks on the door of, Derrick, a man who has lost all that is close to his heart. Each of them are inspired by the struggles of depression, both on the realistic side and fantasy side.
