Gilbert Kodilinye, MA (Oxon), LLM (Lond), Barrister, is Professor of Property Law at the University of the West Indies, Barbados. Joyce Cole Georges, BSc, who assisted with the production of the book, is a former lecturer in Sociology at the University of the West Indies as well as the College of The Bahamas.
