Sixteen year old Samuel is a cannibal by accident.

In a small dystopian village in the Kingdom of Morsovia, a famine devastates a community leaving the residents at the mercy of the elements. In an act of sheer desperation, Samuel’s parents do the unthinkable to keep him alive. They feed him the flesh of a human being without him knowing.

Little did Samuel (or his parents) know, that the flesh he was fed would change him forever. The cannibalism will leave Samuel with super human abilities. Tormented by being a cannibal but at the same time addicted to it, Samuel struggles with the internal battle whether to give up these powers, or to accept the gift (and the consequences) and all that it entails.

Before giving up his abilities, Samuel meets a fellow ‘powered cannibal’ who uses his powers for evil. Samuel is witness to the dark ans sinister side of his affliction.

Along with his friend Lizzie, Samuel must face the reality that in order to rid the world of evil, he may never get to live his life unpowered and normal again. He discovers how deep he must delve into an unknown world: the cost may be too great for him and the ones he loves.
