Dr. Theresa Hearn Haynes was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. Determined to leave the violence of gangs, she struck out early to pursue her dreams of a quality education and better life, leaving Chicago and the safety and comfort of her home, family, and friends and to go to Upper Iowa University in Fayette, Iowa, to begin her academic career. Dr. Theresa Hearn Haynes has had extensive study in natural medicine since her early teens. She has always believed that natural cures are the best and that God has provided us with all the medicine we need in the form of foods, plants, and herbs, all in natural form. She attended Malcolm X College of Nursing in Chicago, Illinois and later became Pediatric Administrator for Rush Presbyterian St. Luke’s Hospital. She pursued and obtained a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Houston College of Law (formerly South Texas College of Law) in Houston, Texas, never having imagined that law would be great training for the life path she was to embark upon. Natural medicine, health food stores, and the like are continuously under attack by the United States government and need defending. Dr. Haynes has completed legal studies at University of Tokyo in Tokyo, Japan as well as Geneva, Switzerland at the United Nations on Human Rights and Strausburg France. In the evenings after legal classes, Dr. Haynes embarked on alternative medicine practices in Japan.

She is a certified legal mediator obtaining training at University of Houston AA White Dispute Resolution Center. She uses her background and knowledge in medicine to mediate and settle personal injury cases, medical malpractice cases, and the like.

She received her bachelor of science in pre-medical biology from the University of Illinois, Urbana—Champaign. She attended University of Iowa, pursuing a master’s degree in Preventive Medicine and Environmental Health. She further studied at Pritzker School of Medicine at the University of Chicago. She continued to study natural medicine using various schools and certifications in natural health. She is also certified as a naturopath. She has traveled extensively in such places as Egypt; Tokyo, Japan; Geneva, Switzerland; Strasbourg, France; and Amsterdam, studying law and natural health remedies. She has always had a dual practice.

Dr. Theresa Hearn Haynes is also an astrologer. She began her instructions under Dr. James Black at the age of sixteen. The importance of timing in matters of the body are important; therefore, one should always check his or her astrological chart prior to undergoing any surgeries or beginning any health regimen. It’s all about timing.

Keep yourself well. Keep good habits, and beware of hospital procedures, prescription medications, and other dangers to your health.
