This work is a collection of short stories, poems, and songs, with accompanying ESL exercises. This volume is the same one that has been used in numerous offshore classroom settings. A prototype of this work was used stateside in an EC class. The motivation for making the book came about when the department head at the first school location in which he was employed, informed him that he was to find a way of teaching the students, even though absolutely no instructional materials existed. He was curtly informed that if he failed to do so, he would be promptly terminated. Thus, the volume was born.
Additional stories and poems were added when the author's own son was growing up, for the purpose of entertaining him and his friends.
