I had already dallied with one teacher and had done a great job of keeping my mouth closed. I would have killed to have been able to tell my twelfth grade pals what I had been doing with Ms. Bert. Now, it appeared that she was the one who had blabbed. While having a difficult time in chemistry I was confronted by my teacher, Mrs. White who made me an offer I would have preferred to refuse. I didn't of course and ended up doing everything that was asked of me to get that A I needed so badly.
