Colonel Aaron Post, a former Air Force pilot and wife, Janice, a retired Attorney General of the United States, are summoned to Washington, DC. by the President. Together with a group of experts, the colonel is tasked with preventing the end of civilization. NASA has determined that there is a cloud of dust spreading between the earth and the sun.
