Chet, a rebellious cowboy from Texas, continues his conquest of appealing denizens of the Piedmont Valley in Northern Virginia−whether female or male is of little concern to the hyper-sexed stud; as long as their mouths and other orifices welcome him, there aren’t any problems. Using his down-on–the-range charms and flaunting his manly attributes, Chet first manipulates four young college students to participate in a contest over whose equipment is bigger. The cowboy clearly demonstrates a winning combination of length and girth and manages to both antagonize the students and elicit a helpful referral regarding a position as assistant grounds keeper at the prestigious Piedmont Valley Country Club, where he anticipates hooking up with a randy foursome in search of a fifth person to keep their passions stoked. The two heterosexual couples, one a pair of redheads and the other a surfer dude and his wife, are confirmed swingers with no holds barred and no hole left unviolated.

The cowboy secures the assistant grounds keeper job and hooks up with the four swingers, resulting in orgies and forays into sadistic sexual manipulation. Throughout it all, the Texan strives to come out on top−figuratively and literally.
