Along with it comes an understanding that ‘The Dark Angel’ is the Enforcer. Under the Code, all who abuse it make themselves EXPENDABLE! The bad guys never anticipate how ferocious and meticulously prepared this oncoming group is plus their swift and exacting form of ‘justice’.
