Renny James was not the kind of woman to get involved in a love triangle. She thought she was falling in love with her boss, but then she met his wife, and her world turned upside down.
A brilliant student, Renny grew up in a world of poverty and low morals. She struggled to make a better life and distance herself from the filth and apathy of the house that was home to three generations of near-do-wells. She knew that hard word and education were her path to a great future. She had no place in her life for anything that would stop her from reaching her goals.
Cold and calculating, Renny fought her way to the top and arrived at the apex of wealth and glamor. In a world of cruise ships and private planes, she became enamored of the one person that might prove to be her downfall. Renny had it all, wealth, fame, and beauty, but it can’t save her when she is arrested for murdering the only person she has ever loved.
A suspenseful murder mystery with a twist, The Destiny Factor is receiving rave reviews. Here is a sample of the reviews.
The Destiny Factor is a well-crafted mystery thriller. And I would imagine that fans of this genre will love sinking their teeth into this one! This is my first time reading this author, and I must say I was very impressed.
The story had every element a good story should have. An exciting plot, attention to detail, but best of all fleshed out, well-written and well-rounded character development. There’s an abundance of well-illustrated scenes that really make you feel like you are right there in the story, and that's something I really look for in a good book.
This captivating and commendable work had me immersed from the beginning. The story flows from scene to scene with ease, and the author shows exceptional skill when it comes to storytelling. There are twists and turns in this page turner that will take the reader on a mesmerizing journey!
It’s one of those stories that come along once in a while that makes you want to read it non-stop until you get to the end. I’m giving nothing further away here. And this, I hope, will only add to the mystery and enjoyment for the reader!
I’ll certainly be looking forward to reading more from D. J. Jouett in the future! I would definitely recommend this book! Five stars from me
