In every generation, there are things peculiar to it. In Christian history, business, education and every other field of human life, young men and women have played a very crucial role in shaping their generations.
Currently, I believe we are living in a new generation where the youth should take their rightful places in society to be able to “take over” from an older generation when they finish their assignment. Born in 1978, I count myself amongst this youthful generation and I am convinced it is our time to become all what God has created us to be. Any waiting and delay might cost us our future and destiny. The title The Emergence of a New Generation is a strong conviction that the youths of today are well positioned for exploits ― exploits in every sphere of society. Acts 13:36 comes to mind: "For David, after he had served his own generation by the will of God, fell on sleep, and was laid unto his fathers, and saw corruption. Note the phrase his own generation in the scripture above. This simply means every generation is served by someone from that generation. The Emergence of a New Generation is a wake-up call for today’s youth to rise up and pursue their God given assignment, dreams and purposes.
