This a tale of young man who fought darkness and won. Avery Foster was the nephew of a fisherman. He had heard many fairy tales of mermaids and magical lands. He never dreamed he would find them a reality. Avery drowned one morning, only to awake in a world of amazing beauty and mystery. This world was home to brownies, trolls, and fairies. It appeared to be a place of wonder and goodness. It was… for the most part. Avery found such goodness, love, and purpose in one beautiful being. It was in Shaylee, a fairy that was the princess of Eloiny, the land he was in. She was the most beautiful woman he had ever seen. Shaylee’s father, the Great Father, was king of this mystical place. Upon meeting him, he informed Avery that he had been one of twelve chosen and that his destiny had always been to come to Eloiny and fight the darkness that had spread throughout the land. He must fight the darkness so that the light would be restored. Avery accepted his destiny, and through much trial and tribulation, Avery struggled to overcome the darkness. He faced the Fog of Fear and slayed the Fear Darrig. He fought temptation on the Island of Desire and came face to face with the Lord of Darkness. Avery, truly being of light and goodness, was able to destroy the one who that had brought fear and tyranny to Eloiny.
