There is a certain kind of faith that Jesus described as being great faith.  It meant that there were other kinds of faith that were not great.  This great faith as described in this book came from recognizing the heavenly spiritual authority to intervene in the worldly uncontrollable affairs.  It takes character to believe God whom you have never seen.  It takes faith to believe in the written word of God and His promises contained therein.  The word of God is a cushion to one person, yet it could be a thorn in the heart of another.  It can alleviate the afflicted, yet it can afflict the proud and the comfortable.  It can satisfy an inquisitive mind, yet it can be a sword to a hardened rebellious mind.  It can sound as foolishness to a perishing man, yet it is the power of God to those who are being saved.  Truly great faith comes from trusting God.

The scriptures say in “Hebrews 11:1-3 “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.  For by it (faith) the elders obtained a good testimony.  By faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that the things which are seen were not made of things which are visible”. This faith is the currency we use to purchase things unseen.  It’s the power to convert dreams into reality, It’s the telescope that connects to the eyes of God, It’s the invisible blue print that produces a visible master piece, It’s the bridge that takes us across into the promises of God, It’s that secret unseen agent that can enter the inner courts of law to represent the unrepresented, Indeed faith is the evidence of things hoped for.

Born in Uganda in a family of twenty four children being number eighteen, David grew up in a family riddled with untold poverty.  It was his faith in God that through it he managed to escaped that life.  It was by faith that he boarded a plane to a foreign land where he acquired citizenship.  It was by faith that he was supernaturally healed of diabetes.  It was by faith that his sight was restored after Diabetes had damaged it.

When you read this book you will find that David has based on personal experience and scriptures to explain to us what and how this faith works.
