An unresolved life has left Daniel Sutherland in a room at the Trostle House where he died during the Civil War until one day a woman who looks just like his fiancee' enters the room, of the now bed and breakfast, on a visit of the annual Battle of Gettysburg. He finds himself complelled to follow her in hopes that she may be his avenue of escape from the purgatory he has endured for so many years. Lindy Dennison has never known real love and was convinced to join her friend Jane after her most recent break-up for three days of fun and a chance to meet men but in her wildest dreams she never expected to meet The Gettysburg Ghost.

***** Mr. Rogone's writing is pure poetry. It took me awhile to read through because of the tears that filled my eyes. Beautiful! Heartfelt!       Marilyn Rondeau-Reviewers International Organization

***** I love this book because it's more than a timeless love story. Mr. Rogonetransports the reader to another time and place without all the sappy romance novel lingo and simply tells a storythat will change you...Beautiful!                Donna Marie Recco-Actress/Singer and Songwriter

***** One of the best books I've read in a long time. It made me laugh out loud and cry out loud and reminded me of the great loves of my life.     Linda Nelson-Independent Film Producer/Director
