Three Legends. One True Horror.

An old house stands on Normandy Road, uncared for and uninhabited for years, until one day, believing an urban legend that no-one dares to live there, a young boy decides to cross its threshold.

Yet the house is far from empty - within its walls, a terrible evil has been disturbed.

It will take one brave soul three of the longest nights of his life to unlock its secrets, but will he live to tell the tale?

The Ghost of Normandy Road: Haunted Minds: I is a ghost suspense mystery thriller for teens to adults from British Horror fiction author John Hennessy. Especially good for Halloween, but could be read at any time of year.

Interview with the Author

Q - So, what makes The Ghost of Normandy Road: Haunted Minds: I special?

A – Anyone who loves stories will especially love ghost stories. The ones I loved best were ones that got in my head and stayed there for years afterwards. This story takes a play on legends that children are familiar with, and turns them into something terrifying. Think you know the Tooth Fairy? Think again. How about an evil Witch that roams the woods? This one is no Blair Witch.....

REVIEW EXCERPT

The Ghost of Normandy Road should be an award-winning novel because it is well written and riveting. I highly recommend it for adults, as well as young adults. It is the perfect book for anyone who likes scary stories.

Q – Are you writing any other books?

A – Yes! I'm currently writing the third book in the series, as well as making progress with my other series too.

In Book Three, The Girl Who Collected Butterflies (out late 2015) we return to Normandy Road. For me, writing about witches and wizards, vampires and demons, ghouls and ghosts is an truly amazing experience. I hope readers will join me on this journey.

All my book series are designed to keep you turning the pages - so enjoy!
