Who are the monsters?  As a giant struggles to raise his young family, he comes into contact with ultra-religious pioneers dreaming to establish their own utopia.  Go into the giant's cave and discover how he lives, how he and his kind have kept themselves hidden for centuries, how they propagate and exist in a shrinking world.  Unfortunately, when a conflict between man and giant becomes unavoidable, the outcome is fairly easy to predict.

In this Dark Fable, elements of environmentalism, religion and human sexuality serve as themes.  Yes, giants also have sex, and that tremor thought to be a minor earthquake could possiblybe caused by another source!  But they also love their children, starve if they do not eat, enjoy the warmth of the sun, and laugh as they play.  Left in peace, in a range adequate to their needs, no villages will be smashed to pieces.  And if they get a taste for human flesh, they must follow their instincts.
