The Harlot is an international entity, The Book of Revelation describes her as such. Many Christians in America believe the Harlot to be the Catholic Church.I believe the Bible contradicts this theology. Ten percent of the entire Book of Revelation has been given over to this subject matter. Gods complaint against the Harlot is her influences in the world both spiritually and morally. Who is she?
The 1st Chapter herein is speaking allegorically, the 2nd Chapter turns to reality plainly and remains this way throughout the rest of the book.
She is beautiful like no other woman adorned on earth. Everyone wants to be by her side. She is the admiration of all that the world has known. Because she loves her husband so much, she is established by him, and she prevails in all her ways because her husband who is king makes sure of it. He rewards her efforts and dresses her with great luxury. Luxuries she has not know before, she thanks him publicly in royal praise and honors him with her whole heart. She's thankful and proud to have betrothed him and to have received his blessings together in glory globally. Because without him she would not have arrived in such a majestic setting, but through glory and honor she has made a way of great regard by all world authorities. Those of honor, wealth, and power. Even those at odds with her give feigned obedience to her glory, founded from the strength that her husband gave to her.
