Up in the highlands of Scotland in the year 2027, Sarah Wolfe and whilst working for a museum in Glasgow finds her life, and that of the life of her young Autistic boy Tommy having been swept with evil. An old curse that pre-dates her time and that goes back into the middle ages when Oliver Cromwell had been the lord protector of the people is once again set free. So and whilst she’s finding out that not all of her memories are her own, and she’s also deeply concerned as to why her son is drawing weird pictures of snakes, Pete Jennings an ex S.A.S Major is struggling to come to terms with the untimely death’s of his whole family. A car accident whilst he’d been stationed overseas had claimed their lives, and then whilst he’s mourning their loss and after having buried them in their family cemetary close to the family cottage in their three white coffins, a winter hits Scotland to rival all winters.
The little remote village of Fienriger up on the most north westerly face of Scotland in a part of the highlands where it’s usually battered with high winds racing off the sea or constant rain, finds itself unfortunately the ideal romping ground for the awakening of The Headless Horsemen. Battle axe’s of colossal size and double eged mighty archaic broadswords with chinks and gouges along the run of their savage weapons are once again swirling throughout the bitterly cold night air, only and as there’s no no chance of escape, and with their anger for their mistresses betrayal and the forced upon them 400 year sleep they’ve just awoken from; this time it’s war.
